Following approval by the Company’s shareholders on 25 September 2017, the final dividend of KSHS. 1.20 will be paid on or before 22 December 2017 to shareholders whose names appeared on the register of members by close of business on 27 September 2017 (the Register Closure Date). This is within the 90 days statutory period as stipulated under the Capital Markets (Securities) (Public Offers, Listing and Disclosures) Regulations, 2002 (Continuing Obligation B.02).
